The Ass Bible
On the shelf of a general/vascular surgeon I spent a lot of time with was a tome entitled something like “Surgery of the Rectum and Anus.” What shocked me was not only the prominently lettered title readable across the room but how THICK this book was! I didn’t know there was so much to know about cutting into the ass. Now that I’ve survived gross anatomy, specifically, the perineum, I know I don’t want to learn anything more about anatomical ass landmarks.

upon rethinking in while I was lying in bed fallling asleep, I realize trendelenburg is incorrect (that’s actually a lying down, feet higher than head type position).
The tragedy in that the correct name for the position is :

jackknife
