		<description>There&#039;s no doubt you need to go through this stuff, if for no other reason than to know it&#039;s there when you might need it in the future. But the fact is -- making your misery worse, I&#039;m afraid -- is that 90% of the stuff you learn in the early years of med school you&#039;ll never need again, at least not in the detail you need now. I guess it&#039;s like wiring your house. Once it&#039;s done, all you really need to know is that the light goes on when you flip the switch. Krebs cycle? Forget it.</description>
