Loading ...So I’m going through some receipts that have been languishing on my desk, awaiting entry into either Quicken or the trash can, when I ran across this gem:
Apparently some vendors in Mexico celebrated leap year already! And people thought the daylight savings time bruhaha would be a fiasco…

Oh you must jump online to my leap year website and share this story!! It doesnt’ cost anything; however anyone who reads it is bound to get a kick out of it!!!
