While I think it's safe to say that there's <em>something</em> wrong with said patient, there wasn't a blatant ethical line that was crossed (which I'd agree 110% with) if she knew of a disorder and exploited it. If anything, the patient was probably confused and thought, "I'm getting away from this lady; she's nuts." :) Let me clarify: the patient to whom this was spoken was not known to have paranoid schizophrenia, delusions, or anything really–it was a random person.
