Actually, https is for a seure connection: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Https

So you're right, it depends on who's using the port. In this case of gmail, I think most people from Mexico don't use it, or anyone in general, since the default is http. Anyways, just passing on info.

and I got to your site through uagmed.com, so I thought there might be a connection there, but I guess it's just hyperlinking.

I'm about toread your issues with the school. Lemme check how that's going for you.

RAEB: 1) https is slower than http by a significant margin (maybe you meant there are less people on the https service, which may be true, but I still wouldn't do unencrypted), and 2) I have nothing to do with UAGmed.com, so I have no idea what the future or status is (other than it seems to have been abandoned).

For Gmail, try changing the http:// at the top to https:// if it's still running slow.

BTW, will there be any updates or changes on UAGmed.com in the future? A passing over of the reins?

May I recommend a little recipe I use to prepare good Christmas-y coffee?

Boil a few cinnamon sticks (1-2 is okay for a few cups) in water, and then when the water is reddish in color, take the cinnamon sticks out. Use this water to prepare your coffee. Add milk, sugar and nutmeg as needed (the nutmeg gives it that special flavor). For creamier, richer coffee, use all milk instead of water. Heavenly.
