I use Camtasia Studio, but they are still working on a Mac version. You might want to see if they'll let you test the beta version. I've been using Techsmith products for years and love the folks there. They are top-notch. Sourceforge.net has quite a few applications, but I can't say I've tried any of them since I don't work in a Mac enviroment. However, I love the site and do use several things off of SourceForge... Good luck.
